Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup white onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Shape beef mixture into round balls about 2 tablespoons each. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-22 min and until no longer pink in the center.
  • Toss in your favorite pasta sauce and enjoy!!
