Blend It Up
Hey guys! I wanted to share with you a couple of my favorite post workout shakes. I even have them as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch almost everyday. Since I’m usually on the go, these shakes make it easy. They are packed with protein and nutrients and taste just like a milk shake 🙂
The first shake which is my personal favorite is my Reese’s Cup Shake. Yes its as delicious as it sounds!! Here’s the recipe…
- 1 cup almond milk (original)
- 1 serving Eas protein powder (milk chocolate or chocolate fudge)
- 1 serving (2 scoops) PB fit peanut butter powder
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!!
The next one is a chocolate strawberry shake and a chocolate banana shake 🙂
- 1 cup almond milk (original)
- 1 serving Eas protein powder (milk chocolate or chocolate fudge)
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or 1 banana
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
Just like the first shake, blend all ingredients together and enjoy!!
