Hot Mexican Dip


  • 31 oz can refried beans
  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened (or 2 160z cartons sour cream)
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish spread refried beans.
  3. In a small bowl combine cream cheese (or sour cream) with taco seasoning mix and spread over beans.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
  7. Enjoy!!
