Hot Mexican Dip
- 31 oz can refried beans
- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened (or 2 160z cartons sour cream)
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish spread refried beans.
- In a small bowl combine cream cheese (or sour cream) with taco seasoning mix and spread over beans.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
