Greek Yogurt Herb Dip
This dip is great for any occasion. Its light and healthy yet so delectable! It can be served with raw or roasted veggie, pita chips or on top of steak or fish. So good!!
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a small add all ingredients; mix until well combined.
- Refridgerate for at least an hour. Remove and serve.
