Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl toss brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet (or cast iron skillet) and spread out so the brussels sprouts are in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes, tossing brussels sprouts with a spatula halfway through.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Enjoy!!
