Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl toss brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet (or cast iron skillet) and spread out so the brussels sprouts are in an even layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes, tossing brussels sprouts with a spatula halfway through.
- Serve warm.
